NIU Electric Vehicles Launches Miami Flagship with a Bash in Brickell

World Red Eye

NIU Florida held a Grand Opening celebration in honor of their new Brickell Flagship Store on Thursday, July 28.

Following retail openings in Jacksonville and Fort Lauderdale, the world's leading lithium-powered electric two-wheeler company pioneering sustainable micro-mobility launched their newest location with a block party worthy of Miami. Guests enjoyed an open bar, complimentary Asian-inspired hors d'oeuvres from Little Havana's Haochi and house music from DJ Camila Di Marzo.

The opening also featured the debut of two custom-made artworks by Miami-based artists Falopapas, who created a mural and decorated one of NIU's mopeds for the store. Both artworks are on view indefinitely.

NIU is the world's leading provider of smart urban mobility solutions, engineering lighter, safer and more powerful vehicles with longer battery life and range. Powered by design and technology, NIU's mission is to redefine urban mobility and make life better. NIU mopeds are already a familiar sight in Miami – they're the light-blue scooters used by the vehicle-sharing service Revel – and the company plans on expanding micro-mobility in Miami even further with their Florida partners.

For those that missed the opening and want to learn more about the NIU way of life, NIU Florida is holding a special Grand Opening sale. Rare discounts can be had on the entire product line, including $300 off electric mopeds, 20% off electric bikes, 15% off kick scooters, and 25% off accessories. Financing is available on all products with payment plans up to 48 months.

NIU's intelligent micro-mobility means a new kind of vehicle with tech that goes beyond simply getting from A to Z. Compact and nimble enough for the most crowded city streets, NIU vehicles are not only 100% electric and sustainable, they're also cloud connected, with real-time GPS, anti-theft alert and alarm, real-time diagnostics, and service station directory all available via smartphone. With a NIU bike or scooter you can ditch the pump, forget about traffic, and always know your vehicle's location and condition. It's all possible when you #MakeLifeElectric.
